Camelia in mono

Another week, the first steps out of lockdown we hope.

After another Joe Wicks session I did a further stint at the green gym down at the allotment preparing beds for the coming season. Susan was at her mum’s again this morning as Doreen had another visit from the physio.

She was back up there again this evening to cook dinner and do other tasks including the weekly shopping list. Another day mostly taken up with caring duties.

We spent some time investigating other care providers as we’re not entirely happy with the Company. The carers who work with Doreen are lovely, it’s the office staff and the cost of care we’re most concerned about. She gets charged by the minute every minute they’re over the allocated time.

We did get out for a walk this afternoon, just it at a saunter around Mote Park. On the way we passed this camelia which I thought would do nicely for today’s Mono Monday challenge of “Black and White Flowers” hosted by trisharooni. Seems a shame to remove the colour from such a beautiful pink flower.
