Three thousand and fifty-five

It's my birthday! Fifty-five today. And also, by coincidence, my three thousandth blip.

I decided to start off by celebrating health and fitness, doing my first half-marathon of the year, taking in my favourite route, which goes out along Barbondale.

After that, of course, it became a little more Dionysian, ending up in the garden in Salford with the Minx and the kids. Plenty of food and drink, and some wonderfully thoughtful presents. A very happy birthday.
