Two Sisters

Abi and I drove across to Skipton today to have lunch with Milly, who in turn drove across to meet us from Leeds. Milly had found us a venue, the appropriately named 'Two Sisters'.

We had a lovely time. One of my very favourite things is to sit back and watch my kids enjoying one another's company, although Milly and I also chatted a lot about her work (which I think *may* have been a bit boring for Abi).

It's funny - albeit in a lovely way - to talk to Milly about her job. I didn't think she'd be the one of my daughters who might end up in an SME but suddenly we have a whole lot of stuff in common. And I'm delighted by how insightful she is and of course it's very gratifying for me to be able to give her the odd bit of useful advice.
