Sunday: Downtown Powell River

Our accommodation is pretty self-contained with kitchens etc so I popped out early to get a few breakfast supplies.  K cooked up a feast for us (including H&J).  We then had a leisurely hour before reconvening for the England v Italy final.

It was a good game but it wasn’t to be.  We had a good time, though, having supplied ourselves with snacks and treats.  We were pretty exuberant at times which I hope didn’t resonate too much through our accommodation.

When it was all done we headed to Mowat Bay Park for a swim and a paddle.  And then drinks at the local brewery (‘Townsite’) and a very fine Indian.
