2021 Tuesday — Jade Plays Dress-up

When we were with the grandkids on Sunday, I gave a wig to our adult granddaughter Desiree and told her that I thought little Jade might get a kick out of playing with it. Today I received these photos and I was delighted that my hunch was right.

Jade loves to play dress-up. Heck, I like to play dress-up! When I recently opened a box of old wigs and hair pieces, I knew that I wanted to give this one with long long curls to the great-granddaughters. I’m not sure that they will ever get Emillia to wear it, but Jade is having fun.

Then on a completely different subject — I had my appointment this afternoon in the Gastroenterology Department with Dr. Pyne. That is the reason we are in Southern California. I had 40-minutes of his time, and his valuable advice and thorough explanation of what I have been experiencing were very helpful and encouraging. He wrote a comprehensive report and set-up a follow-up plan for the two tests I need done if the pain comes back and/or continues. He told me I just need to email him and he can get those test scheduled. The entire appointment was very reassuring.
