Beach volleyball anyone?

This Beach volleyball court is very near us. It used to be a tennis court and was converted after the 2012 Olympics. They actually bought the posts from the Olympics but they have now been replaced . One of our neighbours is very active in the GB Beach volleyball community and got the funding from Richmond Council plus Sport England I think.
Early this morning while walking Libby no one there but I’m sure there will have been later in the day. It’s certainly been very hot and beach weather. It’s very near the river and at the end of the road there is a canoe club where people often jump in the river as it’s shallow… my children used to after canoeing in hot weather.
