Tears at bedtime

Two very tired little boys this evening. Too exciting today to nap for Bear, with friends round to eat and play - he napped after everyone went home. And was still tired at bedtime. Bean curled up on the sofa - freezing, after playing out in the garden in the cold - and said he was tired and wanted to go to bed.

Eventually they went to bed, after tidying up. I think Bean was asleep before I'd managed to climb into bed with the Bear. Second night running!! Whatever he's doing at the moment it's wearing him out good and proper. We had stories before bed and Boris made the Bear laugh in between crying from tiredness.

Good day today. Good time in creche this morning, friends round for lunch and much chattering, playtime for the boys, and collapsing this evening.

Only annoyance is my phone software keeps crashing. We tried to restore my contacts (they have been wiped twice in a month now) and managed to delete quite a few photographs in the process :( so maybe I will have to get the DSLR out a bit more and hope it copes with being used. Ahhhh technology. I definitely have a love-hate relationship with it.
