Visitor!

Did not do much today - just used the machine to wash the rug in the lounge. Twice. It was a wee bit damp, so the heating had to be on all day to dry it out a bit. Actually the day was quite warm, so it was a bit of a waste.

JR took Archie out in the afternoon to the Links, where he got hold of a big bit of ham sandwich and ran off. She had to shout at people to ‘Stop him!’ And one person did. But he managed to gobble a good chunk of it.

I arranged two flu jabs at different chemists, on different days, since the NHS website/app would not allow me to re-book (we were away on the date they offered).

I also did a bit of organising for our big cruise next year - onshore expeditions were booked. Very exciting. And we’ve got Archie sorted too!

In the evening look who visited - Pip! His mum and dad have gone out for a meal. The dogs are funny together - they just ignore each other.

Sofas coming tomorrow! Thank goodness.
