Sefton Park

Just a quickie tonight and no time to browse or comment. I’ll catch up tomorrow.
We flew back from Belfast after hugs and kisses with the Irish. Isla was a bit emotional.
Arrived at Bryony and Joel’s for lunch.
Entertained by their gorgeous little French Bulldog Alfie - who they rehomed last year from someone who couldn’t keep him anymore. He is so cute. Because of the breed he has breathing problems and grunts and wheezes a lot. He is going to have surgery in two weeks time in his throat, nasal passages and soft pallete so he will breathe better.

Then Bryony took us for a walk round Sefton Park. I can’t believe I was brought up on Merseyside and had never been there! I’ve rarely seen such beautiful park and the weather was perfect.

We took them out for dinner down Lark Lane, a lovely vibrant street with lots of great places to eat.
Bryony and Joel are good company and we had a lovely evening chatting - a lot of the time about our doggies - and laughing. They have a sweet little terraced house just near the park.

In bed now and looking forward to collecting our Bella tomorrow.
