Everyday I Write The Book

By Eyecatching

Last things

It was an odd way to end a year. Deadline management at work. A mad dash to get a broken headlight fixed on the car (which also saw us acquire seven boxes of lateral flow tests which they were giving out in the car park).

A muddy funeral under a blue sky in north London. New connections over tea afterwards.  A visit to some friends and some uproarious conversations, which was fun.

Home to supper, drinks and New Year’s Eve (just the two of us). Really nice. Lots of good music.

I took this picture outside the ladies toilet in the Bushey Hilton whilst waiting for TSM. It doesn’t symbolise anything it is just a surreal stripy mirror on a surreal day.

Quote over the cemetery gates: Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90: 12). True.
