Twilight walk

It’s all gone Pete Tong ……… furniture expected Friday is still not coming!  This is the third time it’s been cancelled and apparently my bedroom furniture is in a container somewhere waiting to dock at a UK port.  We had expected the carpet to be laid today and had emptied the room and moved the bed only to get a phone call at 8.30 to say that upon checking the carpet it was damaged and John Lewis couldn’t fit it!!!  Trying not to get frustrated because nobody lost an eye but still frustrating.

I did a yoga session instead and then home to spend a few hours with No2 who had his car booked in for MOT.  OH pruned the roses and hoovered my car out.  No2 headed back to London as he was going to a private view at a gallery where he is hoping to show some work.  I had a quick walk to get a bit of fresh air but it was cold and getting dark.  Dinner and a win at scrabble competed the day.
