Bingo

PY and I had thought it would be nice to have a few people over for a little New Year’s Eve celebration. The idea was to celebrate with friends as we, slowly, moved out of the pandemic. Of course, the very thing we were celebrating was over interrupted those plans and the rearranged plan for the following weekend. And so it was that today, friends came over and for food and drinks.  We didn’t really call it a New Year party: too many days had passed.

We did, however play James Bond Bingo which is, as the name suggests, a game based on bingo but using the 007 franchise as an excuse to say ‘Ernst Stavro Blofeld’ a few times and listen to Bond themes on endless loop. It was a lovely evening that was much enhanced because I won the first game.
