Today's the day ...................... that passed by

Not sure quite what happened today, now that we've got to the end of it?  

It started by going out in the pouring rain to retrieve the soaking wet washing, that had been there all night - because I had completely forgotten all about it?!  Not a good start really.

There was that Six Nations rugby match this afternoon - Wales v Scotland.  It's always a difficult one in this house because naturally, being Welsh, Will always wants Wales to win.  Because I know it will make him happy, I usually want them to win too - but, being a Scot and living in Scotland my loyalties are torn in two.  So, whichever team does win, I'm always sorry for the one that didn't.  And for most of the day, there was a heating engineer here, working on installing the Air Source Heating System into the house.  That wasn't without its problems either.  

All in all, I'm quite relieved that the day has almost come to an end.  I'm sure tomorrow will be better ....................!
