Winifred's dog.

The Feast Day of William of Norwich.
It is a gorgeous morning here in Rishton, 9c and  I have been out for a walk to buy our Mail on Saturday newspaper. 
Maria got home safely on the train at 7:10pm yesterday evening and Paul drove her home from Accrington railway station. She brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a mix of red roses, a blue hyacinth and fragrant narcissus, like double daffodils.
The photo is of my friend Winifred's little dog. I am not sure of the breed, but she was very sweet natured and patient as we had a lovely chat in Cut wood in the morning sunshine. She was watching the playful squirrels.
