Focus on Our Arms

Got an SOS from Kim before we got up. She forget her school bag with her laptop, etc. As luck would have it, my sister and BIL dropped by during breakfast with a Rainbow carpet cleaner Kim wanted to borrow. We loaded the car, picked up the bag, offloaded the cleaner and headed to her school. When we got home, it was time to pick up my mother. I headed south while hubby cleaned a log carrier for our SIL and did a few other jobs. The dermatologist decided to zap 5-6 precancerous areas on Momma’s arm and one on her back. She says she is so thankful doctors are still willing to care for her so thoroughly at her age. We did a bit of grocery shopping and when we got back in the car, I was shocked to see I only had 15 minutes to get to my 2:30 booster appointment. There was only one person in front of us. It’s a shame our photos don’t keep their live settings in Blip as this one captured the entire process of getting the shot in my arm - neat, quick and painless. Hopefully this will strengthen my safety for our July International trip. I met Hubby and he drove to take Momma home. He had one task to complete before dinner and a Knight’s meeting later this evening. Typing this journal is my last task of the day. Thanks for visiting. Pray for Ukraine, hard to listen to any news from there. “To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.” -Buddha
