Anniversary

Today marks 35 years married.  A trip round Central Park in spring sunshine (much warmer and sunnier than on our wedding day) made for a lovely day. We indulged in one of the horse drawn carriage rides - first extra.

We then had a gentle walk down 5th Avenue looking at the very expensive shops.  (Unfortunalty I could not find and coral or jade to mark the anniversary (!)).

The main blip is of the view north in Central Park.  Japanese music was being played softly in the background.  

Elsewhere amongst all the steel and concrete the blossom was also flourishing - see second extra at Grand Army Plaza near the Pulitzer Fountain on 5th Av.

The city is so photogenic in this weather that I will have many hours editing down the hundreds of photos taken each day.
