Hanging Around

Not a lot happening today - overslept, went to the gym and caught up on some telly, just about sums up total activity up to tea time!
So I’m afraid it’s just a hurriedly taken picture of our newly acquired hanging basket, for today’s blip. The hook has been bare for many months whilst we waited for the risk of frost to subside. And not forgetting that we had to wait until the spring flowering baskets appeared in the shops. I suppose we could have created our own basket but, in my opinion, that activity ranks right up there with stuffing tomatoes as something it’s probably easier to let other people do. Almost certainly cheaper in the long run as well!
This evenings entertainment is a night at the theatre listening to a talk by one of the instructors off the “SAS: Who Dares Wins” television programme - Mark “Billy” Billingham. We’ve previously seen Ant Middleton give one of these motivational talks, so suspect it will be a similar mix of military experiences and lessons for life.
Hopefully I will come out of the theatre more motivated to get back into running!
