One of the garden beds we worked on today. We're on a budget on this property, 2 - 3 hours every 2 weeks. The client had started to put some mulch on this bed, but only did half of it. We weeded it, cut a fresh edge on it, then put some cardboard down and fresh mulch on top. When we are there again in 2 weeks, we will start working on another bed.
I received the go ahead on 2 new jobs today. One, I did a design and quote a couple of weeks ago, she gave me the go ahead today.  Last week we were working on a garden, and the next door neighbor's brother who was there visiting came over to talk to us. He lives about a 45 minute drive from there, and asked if we could come and work on his garden. His wife has some health issues and can't do everything now. I drove out to have a look tonight, discussed what they wanted done, gave them a price to have the full team out there for a day and they agreed to the price.
I hear some rain tonight, we need it. It was supposed to rain all day tomorrow, but the forecast changed, again. Now it is rain tonight, cloudy tomorrow and more rain tomorrow evening. It is very dry here, we need a couple of days of gentle rain so it soaks into the ground.
