Pyramid Orchid
With so many beautiful orchids being blipped we went on our own orchid hunt this morning on the North Downs. We were not disappointed as there were thousands dotted about on the chalk Downland along with vipers burgos, cinquefoil, bacon and eggs, cranesbill, St John’s Wort and tiny wild strawberries.
Really warm today and hot at the allotment where I went for an hour or so to pick strawberries and broad beans.
An entertaining parish council meeting this evening. They decided not to extend the carpark over half of our allotments and got themselves into numerous pickles over many issues during the meeting. Project A is disintegrating.
