Sunday: Magpie Moth

Very cloudy all morning, which we weren’t complaining about - rest of the UK is having very high temperatures.
Cloud eventually broke, MrD has the parasol up so we sat outside to eat lunch, drink cups of tea … wind is in the east at the moment, which keeps the temperature down.
Whilst I was picking salad leaves for lunch I saw the moth, which had found a nice cool spot outside the greenhouse.
MrD went off on his electric bike this afternoon, happened upon an old work colleague and they chatted for ages …
The sea mist had come in and our little mountain disappeared, reappeared at teatime and has disappeared again late evening. The air outside feels cool and comfortable :-))
