Rain

Walked Hetty down the river path before breakfast and already warm. Decided we would do a different route with our run and it rained all the way round, just light and actually really nice.
Cleared out a walk in cupboard in the bedroom, lots of stuff I haven’t used for years. We brought a travel cot with us as we have lots of space in our car, daughter and family here next week, and I wanted to clear storage space for it when they leave.
Vacuuming and polishing while hubby did garden and went to tip.
Had a tour of the cottage next door, she moved in last year and has completely changed it, it looks fabulous.
The village fair is tomorrow and they have entertainment for the young villagers tonight in the market square, I could hear the music so had a wander along and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
