Sea

No. 2 and I had planned a day together. I was going to London to meet him for a shopping trip and walk along the canal but with the predicted heatwave we decided on Plan B. I drove to the beach (again) and he drove down from London. We had a lovely day and although hot there was a breeze which felt a bit like a hairdryer! We swam several times, which was the only way to keep cool today. Home for shower to freshen up and watch the storm and the awful coverage on the news. Forest fires causing untold damage to houses - what a shock.
