A great aspect of my new job is working with other organisations and groups of people on their own and joint exciting projects. This was a nice bright wall decoration today at LGBT Youth Scotland.

I was really inspired and in awe at one of the Young Scot award winners last week that had experienced homophobic bullying but went on to educate staff at schools with an LGBT Youth group about the impacts it had and tackle it so more young people don't have to go through the same. She's only 15! I've probably not described all of her work very well or highly enough- but I was mega impressed by her.
