My, how you’ve grown, Wilbur

You my remember the tiny shorthorn calf I photographed a few weeks ago, in a field close to the main car park at Shugborough Hall.

The calves there have labels with their names and the cutie who stole the show was Wilbur.

Today the mums and much bigger youngsters are in a shady bit.

It was amazing how friendly and energetic they are, even as the heat was building for the day. 

As they are by the main route down to the Stable block, you can imagine they are getting plenty of attention.
