Bird Sculpture

I went for a walk along the banks of the River Ericht while in Blairgowrie today, just to look for a blip (as you do!) Noticed this new bird sculpture and wanted to share it with you. I think it might be a dipper, both in and out of the water, as they are often seen just where this was placed. No sign of the real one today unfortunately.

The front garden now looks like the Somme on a dry day, but the trench has been dug and lined with concrete ready for the brickie, who is supposed to be arriving on Friday to start building the wall. All is quiet on the western front until the supplies arrive tomorrow:-)
