Where's little Miss B?

We weren't actually playing hide-and-seek, even if that is what it looks like. LMB (whose favourite toys are cars and other vehicles of every description) was collecting oil (in various colours) to put in different vehicles. It involved climbing into her collapsed ball-pool and, after initially accepting help to get out again, finding a way that she could do so unaided (see Extra). Her imagination is as vivid as her exploits are energetic.

Her mum was at the hospital nearly an hour's drive away for most of the day, so a long day for everyone. Mid-afternoon I took LMB over to her other granny's house to collect conkers from their garden. (Their neighbours have a huge tree.) She chose to travel by scooter and I had to walk fast to keep up. When her mum came home, she asked if she had enjoyed spending time with TWO grannies, to which her daughter replied, "Yeah. It's a good Granny Day!"
