Eastdean to Cambridge

I had the best nights sleep in a week or more with an early cup of tea and slow get up. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed a morning walk through the village and up to the next village meeting friendly people along the way, (most with dogs), returning just in time to meet C at 9.45. It was good to wander around the market and later chat over home baking and cup of Earl Grey. We had to say goodbye to her at 12.00 to start the journey north, heading up the east side for a change. It was horrible, very wet and busy however we are now cool, calm and collected on a camp site near Cambridge. There is a pizza van on site this evening. Excellent!

The extras show a wide swing gate into the church yard, and a lovely looking fence join, I don’t know how else to describe it.
