Cambridge to Kirton in Lindsey

Clear blue skies to start the day, a good campsite and after reductions for membership and aged over 60 a reasonable fee of £20.00. We continued to head north towards N Lincolshire to call in to see friends we first met on Crete in 1990. They are 10 years older than ourselves, it was wonderful to see them both in good health. A lovely afternoon.

We are now on a campsite called Epworth Fields, we haven’t seen a soul since arriving, the booking was done on line as we headed towards the place. The camp site for vans is massive, with electric hookups all around the edge, we are the only van of any kind here. I hope they are busy during the summer months.
