Libby on the heath

This morning we had a few showers but managed a quick walk on Winfrith Heath before we left my friends house to drive home. This is adjacent to her property. 
The extra is the ducks she has by her pond. This year the two females both laid eggs and hatched ducklings so that she now has 14 ducks which  is too many for the space! 

Lots of rain en route to home and there seems to have been lots in SW London looking at the big puddles everywhere.

It is now sunny again and there were some lovely autumn colours in the trees as we drove home, when the sun was out! 
We listened on the radio to Liz Truss resigning…what a fiasco. Embarrassing to be British at the moment!
