Looong lunch

Today we went for lunch with Pip’s parents. T’was most pleasant and lots of fun, though the place was quite noisy, so it was a relief to move to the bar after lunch to finish our wine. I think we’ve got them quite keen to check out House Swapping, which we did for many years and went to many exciting places - Mexico, Sydney, New York, Hove (twice)…

Haven’t taken any photos today, which doesn’t seem to be a requirement anyway, so here’s a one from last week, when Archie and JR visited the lions in the Meadows.

Our neighbours of several years are moving down to London tomorrow, and we were too late home from lunch to go and see them, so they’ll pop over tomorrow before they leave. Just as well we have some muffins left…
