Muddy miles

Most of the run club were off at a 10km event today so I took the opportunity for a long solo run today, always good for a bit of head space. It was delightful, with blue skies, autumnal leaves and lashings of mud. I managed 10 miles of trails all around the fields near me and then following the river into Shrewsbury. A total delight.

The rest of the day was spent pottering around the house and then dinner at Grace's in the evening.
