Deconstructed Defibrillation

Today we got up early and headed out to the rather unglamorous sounding location of an area of scrubland just behind our local recreation ground.
My brother has started a project where he intends to document the changing conditions and seasons as it affects this small parcel of land - it may be small but what it lacks in size it makes up for in character. It has a circular path around wooded areas with a plethora of fallen moss covered trees and a creek running through the middle which rises and recedes as the weather changes. It feels like its own little world and is under visited other than by the very occasional dog walker, cyclist or even swan (which I managed to capture on a previous blip). In fact we met a delightful whippet cross puppy called Billie who seemed more interested in following us as we tried to get our shots than listening to the protestations of her owner!
My extra is one of the shots that I took as we followed the circular path - I loved the way the light lit up the water droplets from some recent rainfall and made the leaves look like they were flaked with gold leaf.
However, today's main image was taken on our way back past the nearby tennis courts - the combination of the letters, numbers, colours and early morning condensation on the keypad of this defibrillator really caught my eye. Not something I would have thought worthy of any attention prior to blip!
