Door 4. A Panelled wooden door on Station Road.
The Feast Day of St. John Bosco.
It is a very mixed weather pattern this morning, gusty wind, sun, rain. 6c but feels more like 3c.
I have walked 2627 steps and this afternoon will aim to get up to 7000 if the weather allows.
I am at the optician this afternoon for a standard eye check.
That means a car journey into Accrington.
The Levelling Up funds from the government will aim to attract more visitors to the town by renovating the Victorian Market Hall. They hope to make it a successful focus for boutique shops and eateries.
Accrington has suffered due to under funding and general poverty over many years and it is in the shadow of Blackburn where there is a Mall with all the big names serving that town.
The door today is just a strong undecorated door on a Victorian terraced house dating to mid 1800s, but it serves it's purpose.
Take care and keep warm blip friends and thank you for visiting my site today.
