Sunset Rossbrin

A hard day on proofs but very nicely we were invited over to Rossbrin for a pizza, This is the stunning view from Robert and Finola's eyrie - the little stump is all that remains of Rossbrin Castle, once home to Finnin Ó Mahony, the Scholar Prince and : the greatest centre of learning in Europe renowned for its library. Looking still and serene as we chomped away. The pizza was followed by an outrageous ice cream and brownie confection with flambeed chocolate, brandy and banana sauce! Outrageous! mmmmmmm
