Ready for Easter?

After a session on the exercise bike on the gym I went to the Garden Centre to get a few plants for our porch and other pots .
So many of the plants seem to be very expensive, particularly the indoor pot plants. But these are my bargain 8 for £10 purchase! I also bought two large hanging baskets of pansies for £12…I will not use as hanging baskets but put into earthenware pots as I have done in previous years…good bargains. Four of the primroses are now in containers in my porch and the other four in a container for a table on our balcony.

Another dismal day but I did walk with Libby to the river and there were lots of rowers there practising after school .

Last night I went to a craft ‘swap shop’. I took various things that I didn’t need and came home with quite a few things including a small tapestry kit and a make a soft toy from a sock kit. There wa so much fabric but I resisted taking any of that.
