A walk in the meadow

A busy day. We were at our daughters home most of today. it quickly became a very hot sunny day and we spent time with our oldest grandson playing with him and his toys. We had a session of water and sand play outdoors before a couple of their friends paid a quick visit.

After tea my husband and I went for a quick walk to a nearby meadow as the sun was setting. We returned home and l helped our daughter give her youngest a quick bath. She is hoping it will help to settle him. We shall see. It’s early days really.
