In Need of TLC

It’s a bit disappointing to know that Orkney is not on the radar for the  heatwave that is consuming the news so widely on TV.
 It’s become a bit blowier here  today and the temperature is 12° which is not ideal for sunbathing. Nevertheless it comfortable  for walking and character building for dooking. Three of us waited for a high tide and bared all at 1:30pm. It was slightly choppy but exhilarating once we were immersed.

The harbour is full of blips waiting to be taken and this boat is so decrepit that it fascinates me. How it arrived in the harbour is anybody’s guess as it certainly doesn’t look sea worthy.

It’s Friday again and one of my weeks on holiday has vanished with undue haste.
My neighbours back home will be having their TGIF drinks, so I will join them in spirit from Stromness , Slainte Mhath ,Richard , Robbie & Harriet!
