One of 4 cardinals that visited my deck today. There were 2 males and 2 females. They are skittish when they see movement in the window. The cardinal lands on the deck railing sometimes so I have started to put some seed along the railing for them.
I had a raven land on the deck this evening. The local crows were making a fuss about something so I looked out just as the raven made an awkward landing on the deck. Then he got up on the railing and walked around for several minutes. He is much larger than the crows that are normally around. I guess they thought that he was an intruder.
