Duck duck goose

Early boot camp this morning. I've really slacked on te training over the last few weeks. Can definitely feel it in the waistline. Of course I'm sure all the holiday and then half term food is nothing to do with it ;-)

Been to the kids cinema to see The Great Oz. it's good but L was terrified quite a few times and I could hear other kids crying. It all came good in the end thankfully.


Afternoon at the sunny park. Just waiting for the kids to go to sleep so I can get my kit ready for the morning.
