Wednesday: #30DaysWild - Stressed …

… then de-stressed thanks to the carder bees in today’s blip, always make me smile :-)  MrD took my advice and didn’t mow the grass, the white clover and buttercups are flowering for the insects and the birds are rooting around under the plants.

Finally tracked down the postman, but no post for me … more importantly no bank card :-((

Started collecting seeds for the Cottage Garden Seed Swap: geranium phaeum  https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2014120 and briza maxima https://www.sarahraven.com/products/briza-maxima-greater-quaking-grass

Planted 2 more Zucchini “Striato d’Italia” after preparing a bed between the deep bed and the wall behind the garage. Collected lots of leaf mould and moss from the path on the other side of the garage for mulching the plants, then gave everything a good soak of rainwater from the water butt.

Today is the Longest Day or Summer Solstice in Welsh “hirddydd Hâf” - it has certainly felt like it …
