Half done (undercoat)

OH drove over to Tooting with No.1 last evening.  He was on a mission to paint the front and back door so went with the car loaded with paint and tools.  We are both doing what we can in our own ways to support No.1 through this horrible time and he is the practical one, so does practical things!  Bless him.  

I did BP first thing then home to potter and hoover and make a cake for J and T coming for a cup of tea.  J was doing a 'cleanse' so only had a fruit tea and no cake but took a piece home for S.  Lovely to see them both.  J is more understanding and sympathetic and T is more 'no nonsense' so I made sure not to cry!  I had some plants for T so had a wander back with her and a walk round her garden with a glass of wine.  P asked if I wanted to stay for dinner but declined and returned home for mushroom omelette and another glass of wine and then fell asleep in front of the TV.
