Almond Viaduct

I could have done with a do nothing day except I was uneasy about the long middle stage of the Union Canal walk later this week. I feel a lot better knowing that the diversion is no longer in place and the vegetation has not encroached on the coffee and lunch stops.

There was very little canal traffic until I reached the Almond Viaduct and this narrowboat suddenly appeared.
