Dogz Or Godz (A Greeting)

My brother managed to get another day off as his workplace was very quiet but he was still feeling a bit down in the dumps so I treated him to a pub lunch to try and raise his spirits.
We decided to head back to The Five Pointed Star in West Malling but when we arrived it appeared to be closed until we saw the signs directing us towards the pub garden. They had actually closed the inside of the pub for the day and there was a large wooden kiosk outside where you could order your food and drink.
The garden itself turned out to be much larger than we were anticipating and we were delighted to see that it had also been set up as an outdoor art gallery. I must admit we did feel a bit self conscious in that huge space at first as we were the only people there but we soon settled into our unexpected artistic surroundings and it wasn't long before our food and pints arrived.
My main shot was taken just after we arrived and your eye couldn't help being immediately drawn to the startling pink and yellow depiction of those two wonderfully characterful dachshunds on the perimeter wall with its adjacent three eyed smiley face and hello greeting.
The extras are just two of the irreverent portraits of famous faces that adorned some of the garden's other walls.
