Down Day

Dreading is too strong a word but I spent the day not looking forward to a 5:30pm meeting.
I was pleasantly surprised that it was done and dusted in a little over an hour. We agreed some stuff, other bits and pieces are subject to ratification and having agreed on the way ahead with the Chair going to send out the information to the relevant parties I was in no way surprised to find that he was pre-empted by the information being given out by phone.

Aside from that the day passed quietly enough, I’m well ahead of my book schedule on ‘Goodreads’ with one of the two books I’m currently reading really enjoyable the other not so much.

Todays photo is one taken previously whilst out in the gig. Not all the tall ships have gone, this one, the “Phoenix”, not part of THE Tall Ships has moved around some of the Cornish ports over the last couple of years.
