Sunday service

Once a month we have a Cafe Church service, breakfast and then an interactive informal service. Today the service was taken by EleanorRuth and the theme was the "Fruits of the Spirit". There are 9 mentioned in the book of Galations and they were represented by 9 actual fruits and a bit of explanation. As she was explaining each one some was put in a bowl and we ended up with a fruit salad - for the spiritual fruits are best used together. (We then ate the fruit salad).
Mr Rat and I were going to go cycling this afternoon but it was quite breey so we postponed it until tomorrow and went for a walk up Balgay Hill, instead.
There was plenty of garden time left, knitting, doing puzzled while in the hammock, picking fruit and pulling a few weeds.
