Parisian Street scene

It's been a long day. This morning we set off for Waterloo by train, and then crossed London to St Pancras to  take a Eurostar train to Paris.  Unfortunately the Eurostar was delayed by an hour due to technical problems so we didn't arrive at our hotel near Gare de Lyon until 8pm. However the train journey was very pleasant and  smooth and we were served a very tasty small meal. We had chosen the hotel so we could catch a train to Milan from Gare de Lyon tomorrow.  However as there has been a serious rockfall along the route we will be flying tomorrow from Charles de Gaulle Airport which isn't very convenient from here but at least we should get to Milan. 
We came across this old Parisian street as we walked to the hotel.
