It's been a rainy day, but not part of the hurricane. Thundershowers with some downpours this afternoon. I put a peanut and sunflower mixture out for the birds this morning. The blue jays usually come looking for some peanuts in the morning. They came back later this afternoon after the downpours stopped looking for more peanuts so I tossed some out onto the deck.
Keeping watch on the forecast for Hurricane Lee. It looks like southwestern NS is going to get hit the worst, they have a hurricane watch in effect as well as parts of southwestern NB. We are under a tropical storm watch, although it is expected to be a post tropical depression by the time it reaches here. Hopefully there will not be any major power outages here.
I am going out to the local photo society meeting tonight.
