Dog in autumn sun!

This dog loves the fields,
joy of unknown sniffs to chase,
what could be better??!

Bit of a day. Took Ben to school, he managed to get himself wedged in the car, with his legs in the front beeping the horn and his head in the back. I should have known it would be ‘that sort of day’. Took dog for a walk, see photo, he’s a sweetie. A monkey.. but sweet. Had a call with a behaviour specialist who had some ideas, although similar to what we’re doing but I’ll take any input.. School started ringing saying the Dexcom glucose monitor wasn’t working. I asked them to finger prick til the end of the day but Ben was refusing a finger prick so I had to fetch him home as he wasn’t safe without blood sugar info. He kicked up a MASSIVE stink about being brought home. Ridiculous amounts of staff were necessary, the whole reception area blocked off, lots of lashing out, throwing, you name it. He was so confused and upset. Eventually we talked him down and he came home safely but it was a rubbish day for all. Then I had a catch up with the consultant for my neck so I’ve got to process that a bit more. You nearly had a photo of my CT scan for your blip offering :-D “Oo, that’s a weird neck,” you’d say! But fortunately there’s a cute dog instead!
Anyways. Thank goodness it’s Friday! Tired doesn’t cut it.. More tomorrow.
