Delicious lunch!

I went with some friends to a garden centre which has a nice cafe. This was one of the specials of the day….field mushrooms with Stilton cheese on spinach. It really did exceed all our expectations as the presentation was so good and it was delicious. I rarely take photos of food but thought this looked so lovely…a pity more cafes aren’t as good at presentation.

It is a one off garden centre and had lots of really nice products in the shops as well as actual plants and gardening things. I would be happy to visit again but resisted buying things today!

Very busy on the M25 so I made a detour on the way home but avoided driving in the rain.

Off to ‘plain and purl’ craft club tonight  at the church hall. Apparently we are going to make bags from newspaper?!
