Grounded.

These small hands belong to one of my students.  He brings in two vehicles everyday and he will store them in his hands. These are his safety net. And keep him grounded and relaxed. If he does get stressed he will throw himself on my knee for a hug or a squeeze.
He got stressed out on our walk back from the cafe. He's petrified of dogs and there was a big one of the lead. The owner kept letting it come up to us and I politely asked of he would keep him back. " oh hea friendly and just wants to sniff you ". So I explained and asked again.  The owner didn't comply. So we hurried along in front but the dog was still on our heels for a while. And it made my student unsettled.

The wildlings have had a good day. Xander is very tired. And stressed . We're sitting at the dentists waiting on Harp getting a small filling.  Hopefully we won't have to keep waiting too long.

The wildlings loved martial arts last night. Its a mixture and not just karate.  She said the big wildlings could start straight away but hold off with the jedi for 6 months. She was brilliant with him. It's a big cost upfront,  Mr R  is happy for them to start but it will be two weeks before they do and I really think we need to think about it. It's their outfits that are the biggy.

Anyway catch up when the wildlings are in bed.
